One of the first things a potential customer will seek out online when they are researching your or your business is customer reviews. And a big question we get is, should I respond to a Google review?
The answer is always YES! Whether positive or negative, customers expect a response to their review and potential customers expect to see responses.
With Google being the world's most popular search engine and your reviews being featured on your listing alongside the rest of your business information, this could be a potential client's first interaction with your brand or business.
If the review is negative, your response shows you are proactive in responding to unhappy clients and if it is positive, it shows you care about and appreciate your customers.

Not only is your response important, but speed matters too. If it takes you months to respond to a client, they will probably have forgotten they even left the review by the time they hear back from you!
