Crib Creative apply a 1-hour cancellation policy for all real estate photo, floorplan, aerial and bundle bookings.

For all video bookings, we require 24hrs notice. 
If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than the required notice, the following charges will apply (Incl GST):

$110 – Day Shoot, Aerials, Floor Plans and Bundles.
$88 – Rental Shoot
$253 – Twilight

Due to high demand, all video bookings will now require 24hrs notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If we are not provided 24hrs notice there will a cancellation fee equal to the booking cost.

IE if you have booked a 60 second video, the cancellation fee will be the full cost of the video.

If the property is not ready, access cannot be provided or you are late by more than the below allocated times, cancellation rates will apply:

15 minutes – Day Shoot, Video, Floor Plans and Bundles.
5 minutes – Rental Shoot
15 minutes – Twilight

We generally don't advise a time for aerials to be done as we don't need to be physically on site for them to be completed, so they will go ahead when the weather is optimal on the date booked.
If the property is not ready when the drone operators arrive and they are unable to complete the shoot, there will be a cancellation fee of $110 inc GST. 
If you request a specific time, we will do our best to meet this request taking external factors into consideration. If you want to meet the aerial operator before the shoot begins, please advise at the time of booking. 

This policy is in place out of respect for our contractors, who are paid for their time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
